Concept & Development - Zeppelin

In the Concept and Development module we were tasked with producing a concept for a business and then write a business plan for it. At the end of the project we were to pitch it to a board of potential investors. Our idea - Zeppelin - was a content distribution system giving anyone the ability to sell their media over the internet. Everything from music to independent movies and games could be uploaded to our servers and then sold directly to their fans. The bank and potential investors gave us a lot of feedback on our idea, suggesting placing focus on the music side of things, with the possibility of expanding the business after establishing it.

In the end, the investors were quite positive towards our concept, but were not ready to invest in it until we had redefined the business plan and provided some security to the business (such as find a few notable artists interested to launch together with Zeppelin).
